FANFIT 5: Metronome push-up

For this FANFIT 5 challenge, you'll establish a tempo for those pushups while activating a large number of muscles.

You don't need any gym equipment, just open space, and the push-ups will get your blood flowing, which can energize you for the rest of your work day.

The Challenge

Play a 60 beats per minute metronome so you can hear the rhythm (available via Google search).

Begin in neutral plank on the palms of your hands. Time your push-ups to go down every second, and up every second.
