The FANFIT 5 is a series of short workout challenges designed to infuse energy into your day through fitness and movement. These bodyweight focused movements will take you no more than 10 minutes, and are ideal for the office, at home, or on the go. 

In this edition Danny brings you the Walk-out Push-up + Squat

  1. Routine Format: 30 seconds on 30 seconds off. 
  2. Exercise(s): Walkout Push-Ups and Squats. 
  3. Duration: 5 minutes.
  4. Focus: Steady movement and strength.
  5. Muscle Target(s): Chest, Triceps, Legs. 
  6. Tips(s): Recruit a training partner or friend, warm-up as needed, and when unsure always ensure you are healthy enough to perform these exercises with a professional.
