We visited with Elliott Richardson and the Acadia Performance team to see some elite athletes being tested.
40-yard Repeat Shuttle Sprints
Directions: Start at one line and run 20 yards and pivot and run back to the starting line. That's one rep.
Timing: Start a new piece every 30 seconds. The amount of rest is variable depending on when you finish. For example, if it takes you 8 seconds to complete a rep, you will receive 22 seconds of rest.
