The Squat Shuffle Challenge gets you moving and works more than just your quadriceps, hamstrings and calves.

It promotes body-wide muscle building, helps you limber up, improves circulation and posture, and more!

Setup: Choose a lateral course and identify it with two markers.

To start: Begin in a half squat position.

Go: Move by stepping laterally with steady rhythm from one marker to the other back and forth.

The challenge: Can you do 30 seconds of effort every minute for the full five minutes?
