The Plank Stepper Challenge engages your core muscles and provides a fun way to test yourself in friendly competition.
It’s easy to get going.
You don’t need to be in a gym and you won’t need to gather any equipment.
To start: Begin in neutral plank, with elbows and toes on the ground and a nice flat back.
Get going: Keep the core strong, and step your feet in the following progression: out, out, in, in.
The challenge: Can you alternate between one minute on, one minute off for five minutes?
