20 Minute Leg Heavy Aerobic Blast

This workout attacks your core and leg strength over 20 straight minutes of work.

Work through 4 sets of 5 minutes, with the following stations:

30 Seconds on each of the following:

Jumping Jacks

Burpees

High Knees

Mountain Climbers

Split Lunge Jumps

Skater Hops

Lateral Shuffles

Squat Jumps

1 minute:

Base Plank
