5 Sets of 5 Exercises at 10 Reps / Exercise. It's a blitz of a workout, with no rest, and quick switches between each station. A full body challenge with core, upper body, and dynamic movements.
1) Plank Push-ups
2) Kettlebell Swings
3) Plank Pikes
4) Vee Sit Abdominals
5) and Sit Throughs
