FANFIT Training Program

The FANFIT 12 week training plan allows you to train at your best alongside incredible athletes and coaches. 

Included in the training plan:

  • 12 weeks of athlete led workouts with Olympic bronze medalist Mark Oldershaw, Athletics Canada sprinter Sam Effah, wrestling champion Samantha Stewart, and FANFIT Founder and Olympian Andrew Russell.
  • Mental performance and mindfulness training with UCLA trained expert Beth Wallace.
  • Aerobic Workout Training.
  • Training Journal.

Physical

Every two weeks, you will be challenged by one of our elite athletes (like Mark) on circuit training. You'll also have access to a selection of aerobic workouts to supplement each week's training schedule each following day. The program challenges you to build your confidence, strength, endurance, and the difficulty of movements and exercises throughout the 12 week plan's progression.

MENTAL

We know that motivation will be a big factor in your success on the FANFIT program. That's why we've dedicated lots of focus to supporting mental performance and mindfulness training in the program.

The FANFIT 12 week program is all about mind, body, and spirit. Train hard and challenge yourself physically with the best. Train your mind to develop a winning and positive mindset. Understand how to fuel your body and how to best recover.
